Aligned & Lit — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your participation in services provided by Cynthia L. Hatcher, Aligned & Lit (“Coach,” “Company”).

By purchasing or participating in any service, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

  1. Services

Aligned & Lit provides personal development and coaching experiences, including but not limited to:
Step Into Your Glory™ (12-week private coaching)
Live the Glory™ (One-Day Intensive / Overnight Experience)
Bringing It to Full Life™ (Advanced Private Coaching)

These services are designed to support personal growth, clarity, and forward movement.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Client understands that results are not guaranteed. Outcomes are based on individual effort, personal responsibility, and willingness to engage in the process.

  1. Payment & Commitment

By enrolling in any service Client agrees to the full investment amount. Payment plans are a commitment to the total cost, not partial participation. All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

  1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of coaching and transformation-based work, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  1. Participation Responsibility

Client acknowledges the value of the experience is based on participation. However, client remains responsible for the full investment regardless of level of participation or completion.

  1. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions and experiences will be kept confidential. No outside party will be privy to any information regarding sessions, discussions, or personal content shared within the experience.

  1. Scope of Services

Coaching services provided are for personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for: therapy, medical advice, legal or financial guidance.

  1. Respectful Engagement

Client agrees to engage respectfully within all sessions and experiences. The Company reserves the right to discontinue services if behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content shared within Aligned & Lit experiences are the property of Cynthia L. Hatcher. They may not be reproduced, distributed, taught or shared publicly without written permission.

  1. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

Visitors to the website can not download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
